How it works
The body reacts to pain and injury by releasing substances that cause inflammation. This helps to protect the area, so further damage is minimised. However, the process of inflammation can be damaging, especially when it continues for a long time, and can contribute to pain.
Devil’s claw has traditionally been used to help decrease inflammation and pain. It has also been scientifically investigated in a number of studies and has been shown to decrease inflammation and pain by a number of different mechanisms. These mechanisms include suppressing some aspects of the inflammatory process.
Dosage
* Adults – Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

* Contains lactose
* Use caution with peptic ulcers. Devil’s claw may increase gastric acid secretion
* Use caution with gallstones. Devil’s claw may increase bile secretion
* Not suitable for use during pregnancy
