Jet Lag Relief spray

Dosage

Oral Spray
Use 2 sprays orally just prior to take-off and, if awake, every 2 hours during the flight. Dosage should be continued after landing as required.

Tablets
2 tablets per dose taken just prior to take-off and, if awake,every 2 hours during the flight. Suck tablets for 1 or 2 minutes before chewing and swallowing. Dosage should be continued after landing as required.
