Urinary Estrogens

Estrogen deficiencies give rise to many symptoms such as hot flushes, vaginal atrophy and memory loss. This test can diagnose an estrogen deficiency as well as monitor bioidentical estrogen supplementation. Urinary hormone testing has the advantage over blood tests that it assays only the biologically active hormones and therefore correlates better with symptoms.
