What do we do?

We want to get you well!

We are an integrative health care centre that wants to offer people the choice between western and natural remedies and treatments.

There are so many different modalities to choose from it can be a bit overwhelming at times to know who to trust, where to go and what to do.

Not knowing what to do can cause you to make a choice that you "know", but one that may not actually be the best. We want to offer you a place to go, where you find out about which therapy is best suited to you.

This is so that it is less intimidating than just booking in with a practitioner and really not knowing if it is going to be any good for you or if it is going to work for you.

• Our aim is to be able to offer you the opportunity to explore what might be the underlying cause of your ill health.

Pop in and have a chat to us!

Sometimes it can be confusing as to what to do when we are unwell. It is hard to make a decision on where to go and what to do. We aim to offer you the best of both worlds. You are welcome to come into our store and chat to one of our naturopaths or book in to see one of our practitioners. We have a broad range of therapists that are qualified and experienced to treat mind and body.

Shop Staff

Our shop staff are fully qualified naturopaths and are friendly and approachable. They have a very good understanding of many therapies, so if you have any questions about your health and are unsure of what to do pop in and have a chat to us and we can point you in the right direction!

As we have a multidisciplinary clinic we can refer you to either a doctor or natural health practitioner according to what we think would be the best course of action for you.

What We Stock

Our herbal dispensary stocks a wide range of herbal medicines in dried and liquid form. We also have nutritional supplements, practitioner only quality supplements and neutraceuticals, natural make-up, hair and beauty care.

We offer complimentary 5 minute over the counter consultations for anyone suffering from a minor ailment. We can then prescribe something for you accordingly.

We have doctors, herbalists, psychologists, massage therapists, counsellors, naturopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturists etc etc etc all working together with one goal to get you well
